COVID-19 update from
All of us here at Dean Manson LLP are feeling the effects and dealing with the challenges that Covid-19 is bringing us all personally and professionally. The purpose of this message is to give our clients and public at large an outline of where we are and how it may impact on the services we provide, by way of a brief message knowing that such messages are plentiful at present and there is a danger of reader fatigue.
The good news is that we have already started to implement stage one of our strategy to operate our way through this national emergency. From today the 19 March 2020 some members of staff will be working from home until further notice. Those that are working from home are all set up on our network meaning there will be no noticeable change in the service we deliver to you. We will be scaling back the number of staff we have on our premises in line with the advice given by Government, but it is currently our intention to have an onsite presence at our office.
We have in addition, suspended our pro bono free advice sessions and one to one conferences and interviews both internally and externally and similarly cancelled all appointments and have advised staff to follow the Government advice and that of the Chief Medical Officer.
In the event of a lockdown, Dean Manson LLP will be able to operate remotely, and clients can be attended via telephone and video conferencing.
In the meantime, any staff attending the office are taking all necessary precautions as advised by health officials.
We are committed to ensuring that our service as and when it is required in these difficult times remains at the same high standard you have come to expect of us and we look forward to working with you through this period and beyond.
